We aim to inspire families to cultivate habits and mindsets that drive excellence not only on the field but in life. By sharing lessons learned from our journey, we help parents and players navigate challenges, avoid common mistakes, and build character and resilience. Our ultimate goal is to foster the development of young men who are prepared for success in football and beyond, equipped to be their best selves in every area of life.”

ABOUT ME
Despite these obstacles, he remained committed to his education, completing his Master’s degree while navigating through the unforeseen challenges that he faced. After his career ended, he found a new passion. He would describe it as his purpose. From his pain, birthed 2Love Outreach and Pain 2 Purpose. These two organizations bridge the gap for young, developing athletes in cultivating the mindset of a Division One Player, on and off the field. It especially emphasizes on providing parents with the necessary resources on how to get their student athlete to the Division One level and how to guide them through that next level and life after. Today, Ed uses his experience to inspire others facing hardship and to give them the tools to succeed at a high level. He aims to educate parents and students from his experience on the facts; their child has a 1% chance of making it to a Division One university and a 0.02% chance of making it to the NFL. His goal is to help parents fulfill their child’s dream of playing at a division one level while helping them transform into “The Person” that God needs them to be to fulfill their purpose in life.
 Throughout the creation of his program, he has inspired many young men whom he’s trained and mentored. Some of whom have gone to play on the Division One level and have also been ranked as three and four star athletes.
He believes success is discovering God’s purpose over your life, developing yourself for that purpose, and deploying yourself in that purpose.
